β-Catenin plus PROX1 immunostaining stratifies disease progression and patient survival in neoadjuvant-treated pancreatic cancer

It is not known whether the cytoplasmic expression of these markers correlates with survival in neoadjuvant-treated pancreatic cancer patients. Thus, we aimed to investigate the expression of β-catenin and PROX1 and their association with survival in neoadjuvant-treated pancreatic cancer in comparison with upfront surgery patients. We also aimed to analyze the differences in the expressions between the different NAT-response groups.
