Submit to our special issue on Post-Pandemic Human Systems Management: Equity, Inclusion, Resilience, Risk and Sustainability for the Future. The unprecedented level of challenges for managing human systems in the post COVID-19 era poses many opportunities for academia and practitioners. This calls for further research in theories and applications to explore how to sustainably manage human systems. This special issue aims to contribute to this effort in collaboration with the 52nd Annual Conference of Southeast Decision Science Institute (SEDSI). Submit your papers by 31 May 2023.

HSM will publish a special thematic issue on Sustainable Human Resource Management in the Age of Digital Transformation. Digital transformation has revolutionized how companies connect with customers, how they operate, how business models are conceived, and how they are organized. This special issue seeks to collect the latest theoretical and empirical research to identify current trends and new challenges in the field of Sustainable Human Resource Management in the age of digital transformation. Guest editor Dr. Bei Lyu welcomes high-quality, on-topic papers from all countries. Submit your papers by 1 June 2023.

HSM will publish a SI on Reinventing, Reimagining, and Reshaping Human Resources Management Systems. While HR has proven to be the cornerstone of every business’ day-to-day functioning, the last three years of radical changes determined the need to reevaluate beliefs and attitudes, and redefine the required competences and talents in organizations, putting a huge pressure on HR managers. Guest editors welcome contributions addressing relevant topics and relating to the SIM 2023:17th International Symposium in Management; Reinventing Management in Turbulent Times, 20-21 October 2023, Timisoara, Romania.
